Use Quick texts # in chat, sms or email

If the administrator has configured Quick texts in CallGuide Admin you can in CallGuide Agent use ready made texts to write emails, chats, internal messages and sms.

  1. Enter # to see available texts. If you know the name of the quick-text you want to use, you can enter letters after #, to ge a successively shorter list to pick from.
  2. If you hover your mouse pointer over the name of a quick text, you see the exact content. As in screen-shot:
  3. Click on the name of the text you want to insert into your message, or browse there with arrow key and press Enter.
  4. The list is automatically closed when you have picked a quick text or you click somewhere else, outside message area.

The top choice, Open list, opens the quick texts window where you see the same list with texts as described above, but with names to the left and the belonging text to the right.

If a writing pane is open, such as chat or mail reply, you can transfer the text there by

  1. selecting the relevant quick text
  2. clicking on Insert.

The window is automatically closed.

A quick text can contain macros, updated by CallGuide with current facts, such as

A macro text that for some reason could not be replaced automatically is seen in uppercase letters.
You can replace it with your own values, or remove it and write something entirely different.
